Hi, my computer won't turn on. Black screen. I examined the motherboard with my own eyes. I changed the 2 parts shown in the pictures. And it didn't work. The ISL95808 part has been replaced. But I press the button to boot the pc. But black screen, still nothing. The inductor (0.47uH) to which that line is connected appears to be short-circuited.
