I am working this motherboard that presents almost the same issue like this one: viewtopic.php?f=53&t=38822

In stand-by mode are present 3.3v and 5v.

When power button is pressed, the current consumption rises from 23 mA. to 45 mA. and only the 1.5v pwm for ddr3 works. Other pwm for cpu or gpu not work at all.

There is no pulses in bios chip, and the post card shows 00, even in stand-by

I am trying to measure some voltages from ite8519, but seems not to be pin compatibility with other kbc from ITE. (like it8512 or similar)

Is there any schematic that can I use like a guidance?

Thanks.

This is not entirely correct, there is no pulses in main bios chip, but there is pulses in ec-bios chip.

I have read the content in ec-bios and compared with the one packed in sp62232.exe, (LIND0300.EC) and are identical.

Probably is a pch related problem, but without schematic is very difficult to dig.

Check your power supply center pin voltage, is there any voltage on it? Also you must use higher power supply. When using 90W power adapter, it has the same issues like you posted. When plug in 200W power supply, everything works. I don't have 150W power adapter to try so I tried with 200W.
