Try this BIOS, based on your serial number, extracted from the official DELL website, version 1.20.0, with your DMI information and WIN KEY. |

On display is black screen, and keyboard backlight blinking every second, I can't turn of laptop on power taster. Power led blinking white, then yellow. With original dump I can turn off, keyboard backlight not blinking, power led not blinking Thanks anyway. |

This is an AMD Ryzen processor, have you considered is the processor failure, try to re-solder it. |
