can be replaced with the CPU i3-4510u to i7-4500u
should a change in the circuit created

you write i3-4510u, do you mean i7-4510u. because I cant find i3-4510u on Intel site.

if you mean i7, of course, it can be replaced. both have almost same specifications (GPU / Memory / I/O / Package), except:
i7-4500u : Processor Base Frequency:1.8 GHz, Max Turbo Frequency:3 GHz
i7-4510u : Processor Base Frequency:2 GHz, Max Turbo Frequency:3.1 GHz
