According to the board view, default is ID0 :
PCB_ID0 = high, R2229 = 10k ohm / R2216 = N/A
PCB_ID1 = low, R2228 = 0 ohm / R2230 = N/A
to select ID1:
move R2228 to R2216
move R2229 to R2230
But... by comparing the photos of discrete & uma boards, both are set to ID0 so this has nothing to do with converting to uma..
you said you have only one remains in the device manager after turning off the power of the discrete video, so you did convert to uma successfully, code 43 on the integrated graphics means that you have a bad cpu too if i'm not mistaken
