Работаю над апгрейдом GPU в ноутбуке ASUS G513IH, изначально с GTX 1650 Mobile. Успешно заменил её на RTX 3050 Mobile (GN20-P0-A1) и адаптировал BIOS.
Что сделано:
Замена GTX 1650 на RTX 3050 (GN20-P0-A1)
Добавлена 5-я фаза питания
Перепрошит EC (IT8252E248A / IT5571E) вручную через SPI
Использован модифицированный BIOS от G513IC (официально поддерживает RTX 3050)
Записан VBIOS от G513IC с RTX 3050
Карта определяется корректно
Драйвер 30.0.15.1278 работает стабильно
Проблема:
Потребление энергии фиксировано на уровне 6W (idle/load)
Напряжение на входах = 0V

Температура и загрузка GPU отображаются
При установке последних драйверов NVIDIA — потребление ~750W и ограничение частоты до 210 МГц
VBIOS от Acer показывает корректное напряжение на входах, но лимит потребления остаётся 150W, частота — 210 МГц

Дополнительно:
Заменён NCP45492 на NCP45495 (аналогично схеме G513IC)
Заменены все обвязочные элементы вокруг микросхемы согласно boardview G513IC, но проблема осталась
Затем заменил резисторы 0Ω на первых трёх пинах измерения тока NCP45495 на 10kΩ
→ После этого потребление стабилизировалось на уровне ~40–50W, и ограничение по частоте исчезло
→ Карта работает стабильно под нагрузкой
Осталось:
В GPU-Z поля Transistors и Die Size пустые
Телеметрия, возможно, считывается частично или некорректно
Если кто сталкивался с подобным апгрейдом или знает нюансы телеметрии GN20-P0-A1 на платформах ASUS — буду признателен за советы.

Hello everyone,
I'm currently working on a laptop GPU upgrade project involving an ASUS G513IH, originally equipped with a GTX 1650 Mobile. I’ve successfully replaced the GPU with an RTX 3050 Mobile (GN20-P0-A1) and modified the BIOS accordingly.
What has been done so far:
Physically swapped the GTX 1650 with the RTX 3050 (GN20-P0-A1)
Added a 5th power phase to support the new GPU
Reprogrammed the EC (IT8252E248A / IT5571E) via manual SPI flashing
Used a modified BIOS from ASUS G513IC (officially supports RTX 3050)
Programmed the VBIOS from the G513IC RTX 3050 variant
The GPU is now detected correctly
Driver version 30.0.15.1278 is working without issues
Current issue:
Power draw is locked at 6W, both in idle and under load
Voltage inputs show 0V

Temperature and GPU load sensors work fine
With the latest NVIDIA drivers, power draw jumps to ~750W and GPU clock is capped at 210 MHz
I tested multiple VBIOS files; one from Acer showed correct input voltage readings, but power draw was still capped at 150W, and the clock remained stuck at 210 MHz

I also:
Replaced NCP45492 with NCP45495 (matching the G513IC design)
Replaced all supporting components around the IC according to boardview and the G513IC layout, but the issue remained
Then replaced the 0Ω resistors on the first three current-sensing pins of the NCP45495 with 10kΩ resistors
→ After this, the reported power draw stabilized around 40–50W, and clock capping was gone
→ The card is now fully functional with stable performance under load
However, some issues still persist:
Transistor count and die size fields in GPU-Z are blank
Telemetry data may still be partially misread or missing
If anyone has dealt with similar issues or has suggestions regarding telemetry / power monitoring for GN20-P0-A1 on ASUS platforms, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Ну это от биоса точно не зависит. У тебя subsystem ID совпал с 1650, или драйвер редактировать пришлось?
Если пришлось то скорее всего оно просто в таблице ид не находит.

Закинь мне родной биос от 1650 и 3050 что ты щас поставил, проверю таблицы видеовыходов, i2c устройств и GPIO. Там может быть косяк, но в другом

Я не модифицировал драйвер NVIDIA, использую последнюю версию, и всё работает нормально: энергопотребление составляет около 40–50 Вт, частота GPU не ограничена.

I didn’t modify the NVIDIA driver, I'm using the latest version, and it works fine: power draw is around 40–50W, and the GPU clock is not capped.
