hi guys i've a board here that it not respond to power button it hav 3.3 on power button and bios ic but 3.3 & 5 is about 1V when i connect 19v to board,it use 0.06A and MPS controller (rt8239) heated is it mean that rt8293 is failed and i should replace it? if i cant find rt8239 ,is any similar ic that i replace? tnx all |

1.rt8239 dont have analog 2.check on output lines 5 & 3.3 for short circuit , check resistance and tell us |

After that i pick up the mosfets, still its warm n use 0.07A |

I find a damaged cap near rt8239 n replace it Its ok now Tnx all for help |
