Asus X55ld This motherboard doesn't power-up, it stops at the very beginning of power-up sequence. Signal PCH_SLPSUS# from PCH/CPU is always at low level It has +5VO, +3VO and +1_05VSUSO but no +VCCIN (vcorecpu) +1_35V (ddr3) etc. Has some pulsating voltages, as +1_05VSUSO, +3VSUSO_CPU, etc and signals like P_LS_3VSUS_EN_10. The weird thing is that pressing power button, all pulsating voltages goes normal, but other voltages are still missing. There are no shorts at big pwm coils, and bios/ITE have been reprogrammed with several good dumps. I think the problem is PCH_SLPSUS# from cpu, probably because cpu is damaged. Anyone have had a similar issue? Вложение: PCH_SLPSUS#.PNG

compucell писал(а): Sounds like cpu Yes, I'm afraid so. With coil PL8201 removed, (+1_05VSUSO) voltages stops pulsating. The ohms readings at this coil seems a bit low, (5.1 ohms) but as it goes to several pins on the cpu, probably are correct. Seems that +1_05VSUSO are only for pch side. Вложение: +1_05VSUS.PNG
