Hi to all, I have problem with motherboard " KONTRON 886LCD-M/Flex PCB No 30101205" it is quite old motherboard, but owner want to repair it. I don't have much experience with desktop motherboard repair, I have more experience with laptop motherboards repair. Problem with this motherboard is completley dead, no reaction on pressing power switch. Power supply is good working with another motherboard so problem is with motherboard. I have replaced most capacitors ( all near CPU power, and other, just in case) but no change. Also I have programmed new BIOS chip (from working motherboard same model) and soldered it direct to the motherboard (removed brown plastic BIOS socket), but no luck. I have on power switch 0,7V (front panel connector pin 16 ) and when I'm pressing power button 0,7V drop to 0V. CMOS battery 3,0V and clear CMOS was done. Anyone has any idea? any advice?
