Описание
KP206 from BIYI Microelectronics is a high-performance current mode PWM controller for offline flyback converters . The chip integrates universal primary-side constant current control technology, which can support discontinuous mode and continuous mode operation without the need for an additional constant current loop. It is suitable for isolated power supply applications with constant current requirements.

KP206 has a high-precision 65KHz switching frequency oscillator with frequency jitter function to optimize EMI performance. The chip works in green energy-saving mode and hiccup mode, and the standby power consumption is less than 50mW, meeting the sixth-level energy efficiency requirements.

KP206 integrates complete protection functions, including: VDD undervoltage protection (VDD UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (VDD OVP), output overvoltage protection (CS OVP), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overload protection (OLP), short circuit protection (SLP), overtemperature protection, soft start, leading edge blanking (LEB), VDD clamp, etc.
