I have an ATX 400w source (RS-400-PCAR-A3) that the zener diode D4 (T2D-86) is open located on pin 4 of the tny277 and I do not know how much it worth, can anyone help me to identify?

D4 zenner = T2D-86 ?

Should be the problem on the pin 4 line of tny277 because when I measure the voltage on this pin accuses me more than 1000v and at most it should be 400v.

This voltage of above 1000v we should ignore, it is the digital multimeter that is supplying this voltage in a wrong way, in the analogue multimeter is providing 400V.
When I plug into the AC outlet the cooler swivels and then goes stop.

Now I am beginning to think that the defect is not the T2D-86 diode but the integrated WT7527 because on the pin 16 (PGO) the voltage is 0V.
