MOSFET #3 from the top right is U6. Using an oscilloscope shows the PWM input and output of U6 to be similar to the other MOSFETs
After much experimentation, the best solution I could find to stop U6 from getting very hot was:
1) Disable PWM8
Remove R611, Install R1114 100k
2) Switch PH7(U6) from PWM8 to PWM7
Remove R1857, Install R1856 0k, Install R1841 3k
After doing that the MOSFETs are heating more evenly. Hopefully that will fix the problem of U6 blowing
