Im a newbe and im tring to fix the card in title. I have all the voltages on the board, exept 1.5mvdd amd vcore.

All the resistance seems good, (i hope 3,3v at 0.209kohm isnt a problem).
Searching on this forum ive found some interesting things about the gs7256 U701, and the q1604 near that.
I have a low EN signal on both (0.536v), ive tryed to remove and replace the q1604 without luck, the EN always low...
Tryed the cap and resistor on FB with no luck, i havent FB on both side of the r713 (i read 0.999kohm not 0 like the schematics says...)

U701 pins (voltages without mvdd inductor )
1 0,241v (9,60v)
2 67mV (9,60v)
3 158mV
4 0v
5 12v
6 1,4mV
7 0,538v
8 67mV (9,69v)

Any help would be appreciated!!

Try to power on gpu with lab power supply directly to mvdd(1.5v).
