thanks madking, I managed to make this Vpex and Vmem board, but Without Vgpu, could you help me find the possible fault, and what pins should I check on the PWM Up9501S?
some pins:
1 - 70mv
2 - 2.34v
3 - 76mv
4 - 50mv
5 - 0
6 - 2mv
7 - 0
8 - 0
12 - 1.12v
17 - 1v
18 - 5v
20 - 0
37 -12v
47 - 3.3v
48 - 3.3v
what else to check?

sorry, I made a mess, in reality pin 2 has 76mv and pin 3 has 2.34V

hi guys, up9501 datasheet that I found on the upi website, let me see if I understand ... vready and vrhot are signal outputs or signal inputs?
I still can't understand why I don't have Vgpu voltage, apparently all the components around the pwm are normal.

outputs open drain since they use resistor to vcc and also arrows are pointing to outside
also check in pdf the enable voltage 2.4 seams strange value

I didn’t find the pdf on google, these images I took from the upi website, I’ve already checked the entire enable line and I couldn’t notice anything unusual, I was looking at the image and I saw that there are pins TP (11) and TM (21) , should there be any tension on these pins? what is his function?

This is NOT a up9501 datasheet, this is a uPi1608 datasheet - but it's similar as the uPi1608P by pin assignments. So one time we changed them well between ASUS Strix GTX950 & ASUS Dual GTX1060 ))))

I also have this issues with uP95101P. The EN signal pin has no voltage. It is about 0.3V present. Did you solve the problem?
