Asus Strix GTX 1070 card has a broken coil (5v RAIL ??)
2R2 = 2.2 uH, I knew a similar coil a bit larger than the gtx 8600m laptop card , can I replace it?

In order to check the performance of the card, such a replacement is suitable, perhaps something else has failed in the card, causing the coil to break as a result. |

The coil was broken and lost, I soldered the one in the second photo, a 5 V card appeared. Could it be like that ?? |

If you use a coil of larger size and it does not obstruct anything when you assemble the card back, normally you should not have any issues. Larger size generally comes with higher current rating which is good in this case. |
