GPU is shorted and the PCB is burned, I have cleaned the burned pcb take out 2 mosfet driver 4phase mosfet no more shorted. All voltages is present except vcore.
Maybe in the burn section there is an important traces/burned traces that keeps the vcore from rising ?

I am not familiar with this pwm controller like IR3567b / IR35201 / IR35217.
