Hello gentlemen, I have a GTX 1070 EVGA watercooled whose PWM controller is NCP81274, the controller has VCC and EN but no VREF or REFIN, I checked everything around the controller itself and everything seems fine. This led me to believe the controller itself is broken.. I don't have a replacement part on hand and the delivery will take a month or more but I have spare UP9511p on hand from other 1070s can I replace it with it? they have almost identical pinouts except some pins don't match. here's the datasheet for both:

do I have to wait to get the new replacement or can I somehow make it work with the UP chip?
