Hello there.
I have a currious gainward phoenix GS rtx2080ti here: After driver Update and a reboot, this card wont anymore boost, runs only AT base frequency of 1350mhz (or 300mhz on idle). LED lights is also dissabled, and i cant turn it on over expertool from gainward.
In gpuZ - i cant See any Powerdraw or voltages.
Older driver and Older and/or newer BIOS Version wont fix anything. Furmark and 3dmark runs fine (also with 1350mhz)

What can happened here, what should i check?
Posted after 3 hours 20 minutes 33 seconds:
Solved: it Was the RGB Controller in the Fan/cooling unit, this Controller blocked the databus. Controller removed, and i must then reinstall the VGA driver and After that - All works fine :)

Hi Friend you mean the controller on the card itself or on the cooler ?with my great thanks.

Hello I have a similar problem. Colorful 2080ti with 0% TDP stuck at 1350mhz.

Can you please help?

I have a cooler that has one output cable from the card and another small pcb that splits the fans signal and LED lights.

Same problem here. 2080Ti was dead short on 12v after shunt mod. Replaced everything i could think of, clock do not go above 1350.


Fix is confirmed by unplugging the LED or the LED controller from the board.
It may be LED's that went bad or the controller output. Either way, it works.
Reinstall driver is a must unless you plug in a different GPU and then plug 2080Ti back, Driver will reinstall automatically and problem will go away.
