Может кто подскажет, в руках вега 56, после скачка напряжения.
стояла вместе с рыксами 4xx 5xx. все карты перестали определяться.
В рыксах, в веге поднимаются абсолютно все напряжения. Рыксы легко отделались заменой логики u100, кое-где u100 и u1000.
Вега после замеров напряжений была с теми же симптомами. Логику перепаял, (u100), все 12 дросселей с норм напряжением, память, тактовый генератор, буффер pci-e напряжения поднимаются, в норме. Греется как должна, буквально за 10 секунд не прикоснуться рукой. Но карта не определяется. Ни с 1x (рейзер) ни в 16x. При старте компа жор увеличивается (запитываю от лабораторника), но комп посты проходит, полностью запускается, карта не определяется.

I have also Vega in my inventory with dead Lane0 output differential pair. Both signals of this lane are in open circuit state. Multimeter in diode mode and they should read something between 0.4 to 0.8V to ground, depends on the card and signal but not open, infinity.
Check also PEX_RESET. Do you have it buffered on unbuffered?

vega is modern video card. if first pair of pci-e damaged - card will work excluding this lines. I checked the pci-e lines first.

from u100 3.3v. at the start, the reset pin behaves correctly, 3.3 volts disappear for 0.5 s.

I have a donor, I replaced the quartzs (y1, y2), u375, u300, u301, u100. nothing changed. sorry for bad english.

I don't want to re-solder half of the board at random..(


any ideas?

I have damaged Lane 0 output both pins plus and minus. They are open circuit. All other signals and voltages are correct. I even tried to swap lane 1 of the card and connect it to the lane 0 of the motherboard. I used 1:1 riser such made of a ribbon cable and rewired lane 0 with lane 1. No reaction at all. GPU is evenly warm under the thermal camera, even properly hot. The power draw from the PCIe slot is around 1.4A. All looks good but not lane 0 output's diode voltage drop.
These two pins are fried and the Vega64 is not detected.
