Добрый день. What else can prevent this board from reading from the bios chip? All pins of the bios are silent, chip select (1) stays high and so data in and out. It looks like the GPU is in the reset state. 1. All voltages are present 2. Pex 21 ohm 3. Pex reset is buffered and the buffer is good, operational, measured by scope on pin 4 of the AND gate 4. 5V on L510 130 ohms, not too low? 5. 1.8V on L503 2k ohms, not too much? 6. Chip is evenly warm/hot under thermal camera 7. All other signals on the PCIe are not killed including ref clock 8. Capacitors on lanes are good and 220n 9. This card is seen in Linux (lspci -v) as VGA compatible adapter so at least a communication is working but the card is not detected. It immediately beeps from the motherboard. 10. 27 MHz is running 11. VRAM 76 ohms Micron D9WCW 12. NVDD 0.4..0.5 ohm looks good Is there any other circuit which could prevent GPU from fetching code from the bios chip on this particular board? The owner said that this card stopped working during internet browsing. Board view and schematic diagram is on the forum in MSI package. |
