thanks for input, but it was 100k actually. resistor one side goes to 3v3, other to B5 of blade connector (smbclk), measured pullup on B6 and that is 100k

may be. but on my card both resistors is 47k ))

This is still big kiloohms could be 10k and it should work. There is probably a different reason it doesn't work. Start from making measurements.

I dont have much experience fixing gpus, so I don't really have a clue where to begin. I measured voltages - got 0.8 on phases, and voltage on memory (1.3 ? if my memory is right - Im not home right now)
what I found is that BIOS chip has no activity. xtal is @ 27M. it was late yesterday, so cannot tell you more right now.

I have also 2060 without bios activity and no Idea what I could do. Everything is perfect, resistances and voltages. Maybe a current sensing chip is dead and sets alarm conditions like overcurrent or overvoltage, I will check it again.

I measured diff pairs, and found A13 pin to be open. Will check traces once more, but otherwise - it's a dead case.
