Problem was that it only gave lights and fans. I found the uP9511P chip damaged in the 5v. I changed this one and now I just need the NVDD feed Does anyone have any idea which chip will be damaged nearby. Can someone tell me what the impedances of the GP104_400_A1 chip are? edit: I was here looking for some other broken chip and measuring, I found this: does anyone know what this SOP23 chip is?
