Hello Master,
need help, i have 2pcs of PowerColor Devil RX580 8GB with same exact problem.
PEX has 0 volt, GS9238 (at C959) Vin 3.3v EN 3.3v (both volt present), but the problem VCC has 0v. No-short at output.
Read in vlab topics some one says "VCC is Internal 5V Pre-regulator".
Already change ic to new GS9238 and try change to new APW8713, but same result 5v vcc still not present, just 0.35v appear (not enough).
Main Power All Present (12v, 12v ext, 3.3v, 5v both), and 1.8v at GS7103 present to.
any idea where to look up 5v for vcc? or maybe someone has same problem and solved?
