I've rx 480 card with GS9238 Chip buck converter and I measured the following voltages
pin en 3.3v
pin vin 3.3v
pin vcc 4v
pok 100mv
pout Pin Lx 0v
and sure I'm missing pex volt and conequences vcore, vram and vram control.
I'm sending my circuit schematic as I may find somebody can help

Somebody can help why I don't have vout or pok? and is it vcc 4v not 5v normal?

forgot to say pin AIN is 12 volt
