Hi, I have a RTX 2070, all memory are brand new. However channel A (A1 and A0) doesn't works, there is error on all bit with MATS. Do you know if there is a specific voltage to check ? vmem is at 1.35v but I don't know how to check other "specific" voltage. I believe the issue is a non working voltage because it's only making error on channel A, traces were mint. Thanks for your help Привет, У меня RTX 2070, вся память новая. It's an HP model, it have the same PCB as the 2060/2070 FE card, let alone the 8 pins power connector. Why did you bake up this GPU without a diagnosis? You may already have killed it. Why do you use so bad rosin flux? Baking a chip is a very bad idea when you don't have idea what happened. You need to remove the GPU, remove both memories, ring traces, test GPU balls in a diode mode. A lot of work. |

There is no secondary/reference voltage on GDDR6 that can make an entire channel not working ? The result was the same before reflowing the core. |

I have the same exact issue on a 2070 laptop. Mats shows errors on A0, bits A001 and A017, errors are 00000002 only. Checked data lanes all good. Next step I will reflow, if it doesn't work I will reball. Testing data lanes with multimeter doesn't help most of the times. |
