Dear Community!

I have two 5500 XT cards with the same problem, there is picture until the driver loads, then the system freezes.
1x ASUS ROG Strix RX 5500 XT 8GB
1x Sapphire RX 5500 XT Pulse 4GB

- The GPU chip on each card is Navi 14 XT 215-0932220 (RX 5500 OEM) NOT Navi 14 XTX 215-0932396 i dont understand why
- Tserver memory tests pass all cards
- Tserver QuickMFG tells me Failed to set PowerPlay mode to 1
- All voltages are present, all resistances are in normal values
- Reballed the whole BGA set on each card (swapped the GPU's too)
- Checked the coils (GPU, VMEM, VDDCI etc.) all have stable signal so the IR35217 provides good signals also checked NCP81022 is good too
- Checked BIOSes, tried different ones from TPU, same error

Any professional repairmen who have solved this problem with these cards or know what is causing this problem please, be kind and tell me, thank you!

I have had 8 GB Sapphire Pulse 5500 XT with exact problem. The problem was gone with GPU replacement.

Its more than nothing, will try next time if i have a spare GPU, thanks.
