accesscomputermrt try to format it from boot usb flash then press shift+f10 to enable dos window or with live cd |

We can switch off smart in bios setup for each hdd. If hdd set in desktop case reconnect it to the first power connector of the power supply unit. Disable message in Windows https://www.tech-g.com/2014/01/29/disab ... n-windows/ |
