I am repairing a liquid spill on motherboard 820- 3536-05. After ultrasonic cleaning I found out that a chip SLG3NB148CV is bad. Pin 13 is blown off. I measured voltages and voltage PPVRTC_G3H is only 0,7 V where it should be around 3,3 V. Now I need to find this chip but with no luck here. I am unable to find this chip on the Internet . Does this chip is so special that I am unable to buy it? If that is so, maybe here somebody has a extra chip or at least a bad motherboard with a good chip to sell? I attach schematic if someone is interested. |
