Hi, i need a file whith ME Clear for Macboo Pro Retina 13 inch A1706 EMC 3163.
Original file is missing, tested whith a dump from another machine works in slow motion.

Firmware version 11.6.14.1241
Consumer LP Rev: C0
SPT-LP Premium U

ok. You are using Intel CSME System Tools v11 r6 ?
You can try to use latest 11.8.50.3448_CON_LP_C0_NPDM_PRD_RGN
or try another dump

Va costa niste bani, dar si platforma nu este jucarie, si EFI pierdut nu e o gluma.

Hello. Does anyone have the files for A1706 EMC3163 820-00923-A that works and can share it here please?
With or without clean ME Region.
I know the ME region version is 11.6.14.1241 which I can download from Google but don't have the original EFI dump as the customer fry the chip. Not sure if the one posted above for board 820-00923-05 will work on this computer (820-00923-A) and cannot test it as the computer is with customer abroad.

Actually now I can confirm that the firmware for 820-00923-05 will work on 820-00923-A but accordingly to the previous post the ME region 11.6.14.1241_SLM_LP_C0_NPDM_PRD_EXTR won't work. I believe it should as it has the same exact specifications. Maybe the previous user did some mistakes when he replace it. Does anyone else try this?

I will try this ME region on A1706 EMC 3701 firmware, computer that I have and comes with 11.0.12.1010 which I already replaced it once from the Intel repository with success and all working fine.
If that will work then these ME firmware's are interchangeable and I can use 11.0.12.1010 on EMC 3136.
I will post update here.
I know is a lot of brain work here but worth a try as so far there is no solution anywhere online for this EMC 3136. I decide to work it out. I've done many of this "crazy" works before and with success in the end and I do not want to give up now.

Замена ME в этой модели на новый или в новом дампе на родной - никак не влияют на скорость загрузки. Размер области ME - 1mb. Мне удалось удалить EFI пароль используя другой дамп, меняя блоки в настройках nvram. Теперь у меня другая проблема. Невозможно форматировать SSD. Диск защищен от записи и не форматируется. В систему загружается, но просит PIN 6 цифр. Даже не знаю, что делать.... Заливка другого дампа не решает проблему с SSD который распаян на плате.

Сегодня удалось получить доступ к SSD распаянному на плате, сбросить защиту FileVault и форматировать его. MacBook pro retina 13 touch bar A1706 emc 3163 logic: 820-00923-A Полностью скорректирован EFI. Установлена чистая система и отвязан от icloud.

Что я понял из этой процедуры:
1. Чистый, грязный ME region никак не влияют на скорость загрузки
2. На скорость включения влияют настройки пользователя, UUID, логи ошибок, хранящиеся в EFI

Как нибудь напишу инструкцию и залью на обменник. Времени на аппарат много ушло, работы скопилось, надо раскидать.

How did you manage to reset the File Vault to access and Format the write protected SSD? By resetting PRAM ?
