Hello, can I ask you to help identify the mosfets, mosfet have unfortunately "marking code", I cannot able to find a datasheet. Laptop: HP Pavilion D7-7162SF Platform: Wistron Goya/Balen Problem: Notebook in the load turns off, influence bad mosfet on a branch VCC_CORE This mosfet: (PU9205 and PU9202) Text on Chip- F(fairchildsemi)DC23AK , 22CF ,21CD (dual mosfet) (PU9204 and PU9201) Text on Chip- F(fairchildsemi)DC23CK , 22CF ,21CD (dual mosfet) I would like to ask if anyone knows the real name of MOSFETs.
