As on topic, mobo TT8 sputnik. After switch on diodes are blink once and computer dies.
I have meassure keys near cpu but seems like ok. Replace cpu but nothing has change .
I saw, after switch on PL11 is squeals and mobo take 0,01 (0,03) amp more. Normally takes 0,02 A. On this coil under that half sec. voltage 1.8 is normally present.
Ofcourse 3V and 5V are present.

Possible reason is short circuit, burned transistor in CPU or north bridge power supply(voltage regulators PWM)(Or VGA if present). Less possible is burned tantalum capasitor in the same circuits.
Check the resistance to ground and V+(VBAT) on every big filtering inductivity

NB supply is ok i think. PWRGD is present, and 1,2V show normally.
On CPU coils is blinking ~0,5V max. Resistance on both is 12,3 Om.
I saw that, two lower transistors got 5V on gate (DL1 and DL2 on foto). It looks like not ok, but what does that mind?
Its somewhere earlier problem, or i should try replace max8774 first?

Common problem for this platform is north bridge.
Heat it by heatgun for test.

Yep, this is it :).
I thought, broken chip can't do symptoms like that, so didn't even try. Thanks for help and lesson.

gpu need reflow . if its not working reball .

Change chip for new is not necessary?

no. you can try first with reflow . normaly its working but you must to use a proper reflow unit. if you don't have you can reflow the chip with heat gun but this is a temporary fix. use maximum 350 degrees and keep your eyese on the balls under the chip when when the color of the balls become shiny the reflow its ready .

Reball is sux. Change the north bridge for the new (not reballed by china man).

Reball and reflow are useless, the problem is in the broken contacts between the crystal and the substrate because of thermal enlarging gradient between them too many cycles . Heating ( to 205 deg C max for 10 sec. )only helps to identify the chip with this problem(not allays), but it doesn't solve it. It will work for one to three months usually. As has said MSF113, you have to change the chip with a new one!
CPU voltage runs after north bridge power supply gives POWEROK also.

В моем случае прогрев тоже помог, спасибо.
