hello,

i have problem with write DMI value, when i try to write something with program wndmifit ver 2.04 there is info:

"MPM is not unlocked. Will not be able to set BIOS settings. Please escalate with UUID to get SMC blob to unlock MPM"

i found info about film FSMC to rename to SMC and turn on the laptop with Windows key + key up + key down and nothing happened, and i can not fix this issue, what i can do ?

if anybody can help me ? i can send some print screen via e-mail, or maybe someone have a good bios include sku number, serial number pcid ? i found 2 dump on forum, but one of them is not working and another has empty value.

You did exactly as instructed?

If MPM is locked, the user can unlock MPM as below:

Rename the file to the FSMC.bin in wndmifit to SMC.bin
Save the file to FAT32 USB key and insert to the system (or save the file to the root of drive D: HP_TOOLS)
Press "Windows Key + UP Key + Down Key" and turn on the system

yes, i did exactly how you wrote, the control light on usb key blink but nothing happend, i don`t have drive HP_TOOLS, i can do some print screen and send you to e-mail maybe i do something wrong ?

Если вы хотите идти beack на MPM ваши SMC.bin что-то делать с вашим UUID.. SMC.bin работать только если ваш UUID является FFFFFFF использовать Google Translate

I have folio 9470m Bios dump, you can solve this issue by reprogramming.
