This motherboard is almost dead.

There are pulses for read bios chip** and also to communicate with battery***, but power button does nothing, except pull down voltage at pin 19 of KB3926QF (NBSWON1#) when I push it down.

+5VPCU and +3VPCU are present.

RSMRST# is always at low level.

32.768KHZ are present for both KB3926 and south-bridge.

I would appreciated some help.

PD: bios chip has been reprogrammed with two different dump.

Have you tried reflow south bridge.

Yes, it doesn't respond to heat. (not even any zone of motherboard)

There is a test point under ddr sim. (KSO3) (pin 42 KB3926)

If I solder a wire from this test point to ground, and connect 19v. from dc-jack, then, there are not SPI pulses in bios chip. (KB3926 enters in the so called "In system programming mode"
