Good afternoon,

on this motherboard, the power supply and control components of the processor's video core aren't soldered..

according to the schematics, TPS51650 (U6600) is in 3+0 mode for discrete graphics, the schematics has a table showing resistors setup for 3+2 mode to enable UMA..

did anyone try to cut the power on the discrete GPU and solder all missing chips and components and set U6600 to UMA mode ?

should it successfully work ? is BIOS flashing needed ?

Technically, it is possible, But it's easier to buy a board with UMA Graphics

Thanks for reply, it's not an easier option for me where I live, also I can't order it from abroad since the whole country is locked down..

Can't believe I'm the first one trying this conversion! I'll give it a try an hope it works, will be happy to reply with good news :)

The first board failed with intel graphics driver, another board came but decided to do full conversion this time,
it works flawlessly with intel graphics driver running and no bios mod needed :co_ol:
