Hi everyone, laptop works when there is memory in either upper or lower slot but when both slots are occupied, there is blue screen and laptop restarts. Both memories are ok and work together in a different laptop. Any help will be appreciated. |

if you are sure both memories are ok, there are two possibility: 1. have you clean dimm slot? or 2. try another CPU. |

Hi , see RAM you must have the same frequency Привет, Memoria RAM должен иметь ту же частоту |

maybe you should try another ram with the same merk and frequency |

How does it behaves in safe mode or with Linux? Can it boot into bios setup? |
