Toshiba Portégé Z30t-C fux3sy2 A4149A boot hangs. Hi I have the above laptop with a bios related issue. ( I think) The pch-bios had been reprogrammed with different dumps and no success. I want to reprogram the SMSC MEC1632-AUE, but there is no schematic nor boardview. Anyone knows witch points from pcb should I connect to svod programmer? |

Some more info: there are pulses on pch-bios, and also in pin 30 of both ddr3 slots, there are pulses. (DDR3_DRAMRST#) Is it not rare that DDR3_DRAMRST# signal be a burst of pulses? |

( I can not understand really) I can see the datasheet for the SMSC MEC1632. ( I'm googled it but have no luck) Can someone share this datasheet? Can someone explain the problem to read the SMSC MEC1632 shown in this video? Regards |

I wonder if the new chip is already programmed for this motherboard and if it is possible to upgrade its firmware via windows bios update. It is necessary to clearly know that the fault is associated with this chip. You can buy a faulty card and remove it. This is still the only reasonable option. |
