Ноутбук запускается , но не отображает изображение. Вы не можете войти в BIOS.Через 30 секунд вы услышите вентилятора.Адаптер обеспечивает напряжение 19.5V, батарея также, кажется, в порядке.Изменены процессора и памяти, а не проблема для них.Любая помощь приветствуется.

Do you connect the external monitor?
Try to flash system BIOS via IC flash programmer.

Iwould like to try program bios chip but don't have programmer :ne_vi_del:
But i thinks maybe not bios because sometimes (after several attempts) notebook starts and Windows boot but soon it restarts and dead again.

If there is no known failure for this model and symptom i think is probably best solution to find new motherboard. But i even can't find online store for buying this MB.

I guess that was a hit to a laptop.
Motherboards You can find on ebay, aliexperss, etc...
You must disassemble laptop then find prints like MBX-XXX and MSXXX on system board.
