Имеется ноут Lenovo ThinkPad T440

Мать: VIVLO NM-A102 Rev:1.0
Мульт: MEC1633L-AUE
BIOS: 25Q128FV

на входе в биос пароль супервизор.
Пробовал прошивать основной биос, пароль остался. Подскажите где в этой моделе записан биос?
визуально не нашол никаких дополнительных флешок с биосом или sequrity чипов.
Может ли в даной моделе пароль быть записан в мульт?
Также непонятная мне микросхема lenovo bd4177kut, может она отвечает за защиту?

Да ну вот есть же в этом разделе прикреплённая тема про пароли ThinkPad. Решение есть, но не бесплатное.

Here you have the patched file.
Instruction:
Step 1: (you all ready done it)
- Make sure you disconnect all power sources, including BIOS battery and internal battery by removing it's connector. Many Lenovo may have an internal battery.
- After one minute you can read the chip with programming device.
- Verify the reading, make sure you read correctly the chip and you have a good backup

Step 2:
- Program the BIOS chip with BIOS receive it from me, with all power source disconnected.
- Plug in the AC adapter and wait for a few seconds, the laptop will start by itself (if not, press the Power button and start it). You may hear some beeps, or see notebook restarting, when you will see the Lenovo splash image, *press F1* to get the SVP password prompt and enter "*1234*" for SVP and press Enter.
- Next page will show you Unlock DXE driver loading and showing "Press any key..". *Wait about 20-30 seconds before pressing a key.*
- Send Hardware ID for validate, do not disconnect or shut down the notebook till the process is finish.
- After the key is validated, the unlock process will start. Please follow the instructions and press Space key exactly when asked. When the process is completed, it will ask you to turn off. Turn off the laptop, disconnect the AC adapter and flash the original BIOS back with programmer.
Step 3:
After you flash back your BIOS with original backup. You can connect power sources (CMOS battery, and internal/external battery). Start and enter in BIOS setup and load default settings (F9) then save. It is mandatory to do that in order to assert the configuration and ACPI tables

I found a patched BIOS dump with a public key on the forum: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=65996
I also found files for the patch of the original dump, but I didn’t figure out how to patch it through UEFITool before the end

Расскажу как я решил эту проблему у себя, возможно кому то поможет мое решение в подобной ситуации.

На форуме, по ссылке выше я скачал дамп биоса для этой моделе, который уже пропатчен и принимает любой ключ при попытке входа в биос (дамп прикреплю к этому посту)

Обязательно обесточил ноут перед всеми действиями (включая батарею и батарейку CMOS).
Сначала сохраняем оригинальный дамп биоса. Потом прошиваем пропатченый дамп, который я прикрепил, и включаем ноутбук. Первый пуск будет долгим, ноутбук будет пищать 2 раза по 5 сигналов, если будут подключены динамики - это нормально. После появления заставки Lenovo, сразу жмем F1 чтоб зайти в биос.

Выскочит запрос пароля на вход, вводим любые числа (я вводил 12345) , потом выскочит окно с номером Hardwair ID и с запросом кода валидации. Снова вводим любое число (я вводил 12345). Потом следуем указаниям - жмем 2 раза пробел и ноут попросит выключится.

После этого прошиваем оригинальный дамп обратно и на этом все, мы можем заходить в биос свободно, пароля нет.
Могу также добавить, что у меня было 5 таких ноутов с паролями на биос, всем 5 удачно удалось снять пароль этим способом.

Насколько я понял, в пропатченом дампе есть встроенная микропрограмма, которая позволяет снять пароль, и по факту такими пропатчеными дампами можно снять пароль биоса с любого ThinkPada старше 4го поколения.
