There is this notebook which turns on but is stuck at boot screen with error

0177 Bad SVP Data

searched on he forum and couldn't get that much info, is there anything I can do for this?

Ok, I got the notebook and take out the motherboard, found NXP P24S08 and put it in the programmer, when I select the chip in programmer software it says these ics have read protection and when I read the IC it gives all 0xff, only a few bytes around 0x400 address has some data, I think these are read protection blocks, am I correct? so any guide on how to proceed?

Note: My programmer is TNM2000+

As it is a good idea to dance around with 24rf08 and IBMPass.

Ok, as it seems someone else before me has wiped 24s08, because when i read it gives me all 0xff, if it's been erased completely, can I do something?

I have programmed both BIOS and NXP 24s08 and now bad SVP data error is not shown and I can boot and work with system, however every time I restart the laptop it gives and Error as Follow

although I press ESC and windows boots, but it's annoying, as it seems it's related to EEPROM CRC checksum and board Serial number, Am I correct? I have played with DMI values in Winphlash advanced setting with no luck :(

FRD change serial`s with Lenovo HMD

Sergej Thanks for the answer, but right after i posted, i found the HMD and made a USB Flash Key, I managed to change system-unit and system board serial numbers, the previous ones were corrupt. Now serial numbers do appear on BIOS screen and error 0188 is gone for good now and system boots normally, but I can not change MAC Address (Internal LAN) on BIOS. It's all FF FF FF FF FF FF. I have tried it with C1 and C2 locations with no luck, is there a manual for HMD somewhere? Maybe I'm not feeding the MAC Address with the correct prefix?!!

i wrote old MAC (from original dump) manually in a new BIOS with HEX-editor and then programmer.

Spent some time in HEX-editor looking for MAC addresses in BIOS dump with no luck, I think MAC address is not stored in BIOS, instead it's in 24s08 dump, because when I open 24s08 dumps in SVP Tool it gives me, unit serial no, system board serial no, UUID and MAC address also.

I'm attaching dumps and some pictures, and I really appreciate if you have the time to check.
