Hi Motherboard : LT41 MB 14217-1M Cpu : SR23Y - i5 5200U Laptop came with power problem and 1215c pwm ic was heating because of rtc circuit in the cpu-south-bridge was short-circuited somehow. For sure I changed cpu with 4th gen. i7 4500U. Now it turns on all system but of course no video as expected. I couldn't find 5th gen. cpu in my country, on aliexpress most cheap one is $112 I think it won't worth the risk. Can we mod micro-code of the bios for the 4th gen. cpu ? |
