Come a dead Acer V3-471G with DA0ZQSMB8F0 board (designed for 45W CPU with 3 vcores rail + 2 gfxcores rail) on it (SR0MN + SLJ8C + N13P-GS-A2)
I checked it was from another service and I found that SLJ8C chip is shorted.
Changed it with SLJ8E, flash ME bios with clean ME Region, and try with SR103 processor it worked normally but nvidia chip also get problem.
On Device Manager show code43 on nvidia GT640M VGA. First I try to change processor to the default come with SR0MN, sometimes it boot, sometimes it blankscreen.
Try with another Core i5, Core i3, sandybridge and ivybridge, it boot normally and same result "code43 for nvidia"
Have a donor chip N13P-GT-A2 with have a same core GK107, I replaced it, and working, no more code43 in device manager.

But when I changed the processor again with Core i7 SR0MN, it not boot again, stuck at 4d post code and then bootloop, stuck again at 4d post code. Try with Core i7 SR0UX same result. The processor I have tested on another board, it working normally.

And then I changed again the pch to SLJ8C from donor board, of course with clean me region too, same result.
Try with dump bios 1.11 and 1.29 without clean me region, same result.
I try to soldered the debug card, and it stopped on 4d post code.
All the Voltage earned except the VCC_GFX Voltage is missing.

When I use another Core i5 / Core i3 processor, VCC_GFX showing 0.5v

Another have same experience with me? The client wishing to use default processor Core i7 SR0MN.

I think its not problem with Sandy (2) or Ivy (3) Compatibility.
Tried with SR0MZ its working. Very strange problem

Not have i7-2630qm so I cannot test it.

The problem is solved. Replace TPS51650 solved the problem
