Check PU18, ME REGION, overheating (must be thermal interface, not thermal paste), all voltages and start signals (PM_SLP_s3, S5, syson etc.) But i think need to program ME first.

HM55 may be dead... Do dump and refrash BIOS and ME regions as a variant. (or find and program some dump if find) |
