Model : Acer E5-476G Board id : DAZ8VRMB8E0 Rev: E Laptop is not working with battery. Only running when adapter plug in. Battery is good and also charging is ok. When open laptop only battery, power led is on but laptop can't open. Connect with adapter and open laptop, it's fine. While running with adapter+battery and i switch off adapter, laptop suddenly freeze. LCD is gray and off. Adapter light and charging light is still on but laptop stop working. Pleas help me to find the fault. |

Check battery voltage and battfet (pq2) |

Battery voltage is ok (about 16.7V) and bat fet (pq2) is also ok (not shorted). |
