I Have a ACER TravelMate 5360 dead

with the AC adapter plugged and battery i have a orange charging light , but no post, ]not turning on

voltage present:
EC bios u23 3v
Main Bios U27 0v
power button SW1 3V



pq60
+3VPCU 3V
+3V 0V
MAIND 0V
if i understant will for activate +3V i need MAIND and it come from pq45


PQ45 pin 1 GND- pin 2 6,4 v- pin 3 MAIND 0v

с подключенным адаптером переменного тока и батареей у меня горит оранжевый индикатор зарядки, но нет сообщения, не включается
