Hi PEW71 LA-6582P , board was switched on but restart contentiously, Ampers goes to .5 and restart, it happens for several times, CPU goes very HOT, I changed KB926QF-D3, voltage on selfs was produced, but two voltage are Suspicious, PL40,PL41 are 0.77 and PL10 is 0.95. Please Help me. |

Check mosfets PQ87,PQ88,PQ90,PQ92. |

Wash it with hot water, then dry it with 150 'C for two hours. Than replays rotten elements.you can give us photo of the board |

only hot water? Please say more about method of washing. and dry by what? I have BGA machine ZM-R380 with preheater, U think Can I use Preheat-er(IR) to dry It? But 2 Hour is very long time, isn't it? |

hot water is washing bette than cold, if you have ultrasonic cleaner it be better to wash there. If you not than just wash it brush. 2 hours not so long, you can use your bga machine, but temperature must be 150'C not higher |

any body have board view for this platform? ---------- Добавлено спустя 4 часа 57 минут 11 секунд: ---------- I dipping two side of board(one by one) by Flex under 150 C by BGA Machine then wash and cleaned it by solvent. Then flash EC and BIOS by files the downloaded here .but Situation is same. bad symptom is Output voltage of U26 and U 25 only goes to 2.1v and 1.5v. I changed both and again situation is still. PL40 and PL41 voltage goes to 0.8. |

I found that Gate voltage in PU5 and PU6 is low. I track it and change to resistors that end to gates. now my VS voltages is OK,power LED goes on when system start. now in this situation my power consumption on system start goes to 0.9AMP and after few sec system restarts. it shows that situation went better. so what do you think. where I must dig? |

I changed HM55 by new one but nothing changed. |
