1)Set on Power Supply 5V
2) Set min current
3) Power Supply positive (red) probe connect to B+, negative (black) probe to gnd.
4) Increase current by 0.1A and at the same time search heating components by fingers of your second hand

hi all acer aspire no power on on schematics PL5 is short on 1 PL8 is shortet too on 1 also PL18 is short all B+ are short PQ1 DRAIN short .. is there a solution any help please. thank you |

Use Regulated (laboratory) PowerSupply to find Short. Up to 5A. And search heating components |

AGAIN: Use Regulated (laboratory) PowerSupply to B+. Up to 5A, 5V. And search heating components! Don't connect laptop PSU when you did it |
