Ремонт: Ноутбуков, Компьютеров :: Acer Aspire 5336-2283 (PEW72 LA-6631P) No Initialization

Hi everyone, this laptop came with a short on +3V_LAN rail and I realised the LAN chip was shorted so after changing all voltages appear [PL3 3.3V, PL4 5.1V, PL7 1.5V PL8 1.05V PL13/14 1.18V]. The laptop powers on and fan spins for 2 secs and stops but there is no initialization. I also realise that the CPU heats up but not enough to burn fingers . I have flashed the bios. On KBC signals; EC_KBRST# 3.3V, PLT_RST# 0V [resistance to ground is 15.5k], PM_SLP_S3# 3.3V, PM_SLP_S5# 3.3V, SUSP# 3.3V, EC_PWROK 3.3V, LID_SW# 3.3V, SYS_ON 3.3V, VR_ON 3.3V.I want to know if KBC is ok and where else to look.
