Initially open the notebook to clean the cooler and replace the thermal paste. The notebook is not power. Located the mosfet transistor PQ9 shorted. When I start the computer with the processor presence PQ9 the same transistor that was replaced back to be short.

whether PQ10 ok ?
please measure the resiatance on P1, P2, and B+, I think there is a short circuit.

I found a metal capacitor PC 157 (220uf / 25V) shorted by measuring on multimeter

Have you measured this capacitor out of the circuit? (electrolytic capacitor may fail, but normally ceramic capacitors are the one that causes short circuit)

Near the PQ29 transistor there are two capacitors ceramic SMD of 4.7uF / 25 that one of them is shorted (is PC98).
