it was Q22 and after replacing mosfet and it keeps burning

and RAM is whole? worker? if the RAM is burned out, then the processor is probably too. After all, the processor communicates directly with RAM.

i mean mosfet keeps burning after replacment

is RAM installed? if the RAM is defective, then PU5 may burn out.
you also need to check the PU5 harness. what on VBST 15pin, pr72, pc39, pr86,
what is the resistance on Choke6 with ram and without ram.

Well, here's the problem.
you can apply 1v and see what is heated.

+1_2VDIMM looks short to ground: 1 Ohm

there should not be 1om. If only the processor is heating up, then it is most likely bad.
ps and most likely RAM too.

what is the resistance.

you can try flashing the bios. MSI website has clean bios and ME dump.

for last test i decided to put G5316RZ1D and mosfets
surprisingly it doesn't burn and 1.2V runs normally!

hello my friends this laptop came with water damage problem and short circiut it was Q22 and after replacing mosfet and it keeps burning i remove PU5 Q22 and Q24(Ram supply) now when i apply power and push power button i hear tiny click sound from cpu area and psu shows 0.1A and C.C light for just a little moment i want to find does it means dead cpu?

where are the measurements? resistance / voltage. or is it necessary to guess. After all, the processor communicates directly with RAM. i mean mosfet keeps burning after replacment i tried replacing TPS51216(pu5) without mosfets it turns on to 0.2A and 3.3v ,5v and +1V_SUS is on after adding mosfets it goes to short circuit and even without mosfets use 1.2A when turned on so pu5 died again i have no more TPS51216 and replaced by G5316RZ1D now it turnes on and use 0.2A again how can i find does pwm work correctly and dont kill mosfets again
