Hi, i have a problem with MSI GE60 laptop
Laptop was shorted , found the short (was one of the capacitors next to the gpu power , just removed couse dont have spare board and dont have schematics )
After that, i found that the mosfets pq25 and pq26 have 19v input but on the output i get only 15v , models are ao4413 and ao4447 p channel
i have replaced them with SI4825 ( i know these are not equivalent and are lower , but only wanted to test if i got 19v on the output)
after i have replaced them, i got 19v current
now problem is:
laptop will not start
i really need schematics to solve this, if anyone does, please let me have it.
as i know, laptop needs to have 19v , 3.3v and 5v to be able to start , i have 3.3v on the battery pins 3x 3.3v , also i have 2.7v x2 on battery connector, so the charging is good.
when pressing power button, laptop will not start.
checked pu4 i had 19v on pc 58 and 5v on pc59, i have shorted by accident pc58 and pc59 and now there is no 5v or 3.3v (probably controller died )
now , this is some f***ed up situation.
on the controller i could see 1225c mark , but not sure controller is 4x5 pin output , tps51225c is not, it is 4x6 pin
could be possible that the ec is dead ? could be possible that ec only needs to reprogrammed?
could this pc58 and pc59 shorting burn something else?
schematics anyone?
